Doctor visits are almost never fun, but nice when they are there.The pharmacy is tightly regulated in these times, but staff continues to care for the human dimension🙏

Coffee and tea breaks ... which so far often also extend those times when I was at the counter during such breaks. Maybe break shifts? Yes, less cozy, but more customer-friendly. And e-consultations would be a nice extension of the service.

Good family doctor on for children. Big advantage, the pharmacy is in the same building. Short waits and the staff understand English and German. The waiting area is also pleasant and the little ones have something to read and play.
