Botanyske Tún De Kruidhof

This is a hidden, re-build- botanical garden with all kinds of 'proposal' gardens. Price is inclusive the ice age museum. When you're only interested in buying (great variaty of botanical-) plants, no need for admission fee.

This is a nice place to spend a morning (or afternoon). A large collection of flowers, herbs, plants and trees to admire and while not especially tailored for young families they do have a playground with water (bring clean clothing!), swing and slides. I can't comment on the café since we did not visit it but it seemed fine.

You can buy plants and herbs, walk around a good variety of gardens and have a really good waffle at the café. There is also a small ice age museum. Everything is in dutch though.

Fun it has a slide and you can play! Loads of flowers!

Awesome! We regularly visit De Kruidhof with its beautiful gardens. We also get ideas for decorating our garden. We no longer use the restaurant because of multiple experiences with promoting very old and soggy brownies! Also only Fritz cola is served.! Nowadays we bring our own packed lunch ...
