Bad experience... the guy at the counter took 40 min filling some forms that had nothing to do with me.. was not welcoming at all.. in the end said would take 1 hour to know what’s wrong with car. 3 days later still no reply. We came to pick up the car. They charged us 140 euro and said not sure what was wrong and they don’t have time right now. Just lol...

Despite contact details left not called back. Called myself with question about trade-in value. They started working on it. After that, nothing more was heard, not even that the car in question has now been sold.
