We went there to buy a used car and swap in our old one. We were very happy with the service received, we had the possibility to go over all details of the car and check it extensively before making our mind. The car was delivered in perfect conditions and Roy was a delightful seller.

Against myself I use them for different cars for last 10 years. The service is getting worse every time I am there. I had opel, citroen and fiat...always slow repairs, appointments made weeks ahead and still long wait for the car to be repaired. Repairs often done sloppy...i mean replacements, they dont repair they only replace parts for new ones. For general service and APK ok (ish) if you have time...rest bit rubbish. Example: i have extra service purchased for gratis car fluids/bulbs/tire repairs/ etc., made appointment for sprinkler fluid top up. Waited 45min and in the end they said all is done...just to call me 3h later and say they forgot to fill in the fluid- but they checked my oil. I have more examples...unfortunately no other dealer garage in Leiden.

Motorhuis delivered my car without one of the factory options I ordered. It took some time to figure out why it wasn't working, so I had put some miles on the car in the meantime. Once we discovered the option was not installed and cannot be installed afterwards, they refused to swap the car due to the milage and offered a very small monetary compensation. I have been waiting for that compensation for more than a month already and all I get are excuses. They do not call or mail me proactively and leave me feeling like I don't matter to them at all. I would strongly recommend taking your business elsewhere.

A CHEAT! I was on holiday in NL, my car - a C5 Break - made strange noises when I drove over the Dutsch "drempels". So I contacted the Citroen dealer in Leiden which seemed to me sufficiently big to do proper work. They connected their computer and analysed what was wrong: all four suspension cylinders were defective, the two rear ones completely broken. So I made an appointment for the following Tuesday. They said they would need 4 hours for the job, so we strolled through Leiden. When we returned after 4 hours to collect the car, nothing had been done. They told me, it wasn't the suspension cylinders but the rear axle, but I could drive on for a while. Nevertheless they charged me good money for their wrong computer analysis. At the Citroen Autohuis Leiden office I was given a feedback sheet which they asked me to fill in. I declined, as it looked to me like a big cheat: the worst feedback you could give them was 5 stars, the best 10, so with a ranking of 8.1 stars it looks fantastic but it means, that TWO out of five customers were completely dissatisfied with their work. So was I. On my return to Germany, my dealer looked at the car, found the suspension cylinders in tip-top shape and and repaired the swing-arm bearings.
