Called today if they also have fat plaice? And what is my surprise: Today they first had plaice in their shop, while other fish shops often fail on this point. And what kind of plaice: Delicious fresh thick plaice! And speaking of verse: I think these fish were swimming in the sea yesterday. We enjoyed three delicious plaice, perfectly fried in fresh oil and fried at the right temperature, cooked superbly and beautifully seasoned. In short: Great class! A star restaurant couldn't improve on this! 't Kollumer Fiskje is a neat, fresh shop, beautifully styled with a friendly bunch of young people who are even willing, if you call a day in advance, to get the desired fish you would like for you. Where can you find that? Dear people: In any case, "'t Kollumer Fiskje" today has 1 new regular customer. Goodluck !
