This is something different. A Tibetan Buddhist monastery in Friesland. You will be shown around, things will be explained. Don't expect to spend a few hours here to meditate. These monks have to stop what they are doing to. Visit will take 30 minutes approx. The monastery is behind the village on the Dokkum side. Leave a donation please :-)
Beautiful location and a peaceful place to retreat. Wonderful to work on yourself.
A serene place for Buddhists and non-Buddhists alike.
Very hospitable. The tranquility is unparalleled.
Calm ... There was nobody. Unfortunately the center itself was closed. But the rest can be viewed publicly.
