This is honestly the best restaurant I have ever been to! My girlfriend and I visited a few days ago and while she had a regular menu, I, as a vegetarian, opted for the vegan menu, out of curiosity.
All our dishes tasted brilliantly and all had a common element between them. One course had us both enjoy a gazpacho made from two different kinds of fruit, and where my girlfriend's dish was complemented by goat cheese, mine was accompanied by roasted vegetables. Also, many of the vegetables and herbs used in the dishes were home grown!
I cannot recommend this restaurant and chef Lindqvist enough. This is a must-visit if you are in the neighborhood!

Slept two nights in February 2021. Lovely bright room with a view. Incredibly thoughtful hosts. They already had the restaurant and have been expanding it with a hotel since December. This makes dinner in the hotel really fantastic. Very worthwhile to eat in the hotel!
Delightful place! Nice rooms with a view, in beautiful nature and the hotel has two wonderful hosts. With the lockdown food in the room, very good kitchen (Scandinavian) with top wines.
