Ordered a funeral piece over the phone. I spelled the names for on the card so that they would appear correctly on the card. Picked up just before the cremation, nice and easy because it is next to the funeral home, I thought. Unfortunately, the piece contained pink roses with brown edges. Also one of the names on the card was misspelled. I saw this while walking to the funeral home. I didn't have time to go back because the ceremony was about to begin. I went back after the ceremony to say something about this. You get the answer, how strange they were fresh flowers. Well, you can do it with that as a customer. So I will not go back here!

Received bunch flower as a gift. The next day the flowers had already started to fade. A waste of the money spent. Will never buy flowers here myself after this letdown.
