During our holiday in Drenthe we rented and paid bimbambikes. A day later we (from Lhee) went with our children aged 3 and 6 to get the three bikes. To avoid any possible surprises I had called ahead with Reiber Rijwielen and they assured us that the bikes were ready for collection! When we arrived at the Reiber Bicycles in Dwingeloo, we were told that there were no more bicycles available. Reiber Rijwielen did not help us because the bicycles were rented through Bimbambikes. We were very much looking forward to a nice day program by Dwingeloo and surroundings on bicycle. Unfortunately, that was canceled. In addition, we and our children had to walk back to the camping site for another 40 minutes. Reiber Bicycles in two words: very unprofessional and apathetic! That way you don't deal with your customers!

Super nice company! We have already rented 2x electric bicycles here. Super good service, even if they have a break themselves, they still arrange that the bikes are ready. When the battery of the cargo bike was unexpectedly empty halfway through our bike ride, someone came by within 10 minutes to bring a new one. We recommend this company to everyone!
