After consultation, he does not meet his agreements and does not deliver the product.

This company does not fulfill its contractual agreements. After drawing up and accepting the quotation / order, it appears that afterwards (1 day before the actual painting) extra costs (rental of a crane) have to be incurred in order to be able to paint. The owner says casually. That he will not do the assignment because he does not want to pay these costs and has something else to do. In addition, he indicates that I do not have a (contractual) 'agreement' with him but with the relationship management / calculator?!? They are rascals.
