The dpd website does not update you when things arrive or do not arrive as things progress - which is very frustrating. I could have been way less agitated if this was clear on the website.

Friendly people working there and service is outstanding. They work like clock work, very efficient and quick and it was very busy there.

Lousy delivery service. Received two packages through this service. Number 1 is just put next to the front door. In plain sight and without shelter . Also no notice that he was standing there. The neighbor had to point it out to me Package 2 was a plant. It is completely destroyed during transport. Dois clearly turned upside down and treated badly. Plant is completely broken. The bag in the box full of leftovers of lace and potting compost. Worthless!
