Super service! I left the key inside, in the lock and the spare key could not open the door. Lorenzo arrived in less than 30 mins and in a few seconds he opened my door, with no damage at all! Unbelievable. Thank you Lorenzo for the great job! I will be careful as you said in the future not to leave the keys in the lock!! :)
