I order a pair of shoes 1 February, after 1 week I call , the girl told me they don’t have that shoes on the stock( on the site was in the stock when I looked again) , so I chose another pair of shoes , they come to small, so I sends back to change for one size more , after one day , was 12 February, today 18 February I’m still waiting the shoes, and am living 50km near of them ... so , totally disappointed!!!! And for sure they have the famous excuse “ because coronavirus “ come on !!!! The first and the last !

For 7 euros shipping and handling cost you would expect them to be fast, after 6 (4 work days) my order still hasnt been PROCESSED. I expected a bit better for that charge on shipping.

Worst online store I was buying ever in. Old webpage design, that is making everything hard to find, and long loafingt times. Long time to wait for any response, and sending of your goods. After 11 days no-one contacted me, about delay. Supposed to be 2-5 days. Careless customer support. Mistakes on a webpage in material description. Shoes with cevlar turned out to be with metal. Totally not recommended.
