We booked taxi today. About 1/2 hour I waited for the booked taxi, it did not come. They were not even Sorry for late. Taxi was not labeled. I was a regular customer. For the next Saturday I had even booked taxi from The Hague to Schipol Amsterdam I even canceled it because I am so disappointed. When I called and asked, the guy on the phone was very respect-less. I called 7 times. Nobody had answer. Afterwards, when I complained, he deposed. He lied the taxi waiting for us for 10 min. But it is not true. We have been waiting 45 minutes until the taxi came. I will not let this happen to me. If he had apologized, I'm sorry we have many bookings etc then it would have been in order and i understand that. But the fact that he acted respectfully and not at all friendly, that does not work. It was the last time i booked the Taxi there. Through such people, taxi drivers are getting a bad name in Holland. Only awful...

Taxi ordered from emergency hospital haga hospital, have to wait 2 hours for a taxi !!! Worst taxi center ever, and the woman who takes the calls is also very uninterested and rude !! Never again a royal city taxi.
