Very old shaky van. Quite difficult to close the doors. Not cleaned. In covid times. Cigarette ashes in the cabin in a non-smoking vehicle. Unfriendly and inefficient receptionist. Europcar is cheaper and much better.

We had an excellent rental with Kohler. They had a great inventory, were super easy and friendly to work with, didn't push any extras on us, and were very straightforward through the whole process. Honestly they are a dream rental spot that is super convenient in Delft, vs. having to go to one of the bigger cities nearby. Highly recommended.
