Owned a kia rio for years. Staff are friendly and helpful. However, had a bad experience a few times. During the warranty period I indicated a few times that there was something wrong with the circuit, each time nothing was found. When the warranty was over, it was suddenly indicated that there was wear in the gearbox ?? During the warranty period, a repair was carried out, only the mechanic made a scratch in the paint. This was solved by ordering a touch-up stick and I was able to paint the scratch myself. Unfortunately, the MOT could not be done during a car. The car was approved, only when the car was able to go for the MOT shortly afterwards. The tires were rejected, a bit strange. When the car had to be made at another time during the warranty period, unfortunately I could not borrow the Niro. But the receipt stated that I had borrowed a Niro. So I probably paid too much for the loan, but I am not sure anymore. The worst case was that there was damage that had to be made, otherwise the car was not approved for MOT. It would cost more than $ 900 to have it repaired. Have the damage assessed by two other mechanics, who indicated that the damage must have been made by the kia mechanic. It would also only cost $ 40 to fix it. A big difference in amount. From then on I have never been to the kia dealer zeeuw en zeeuw again
