Terribly rude and disrespectful staff and not to mention that executive! Switched to a different pharmacy and what a difference of service!

Bad pharmacy: staff not friendly, sometimes difficult to reach by phone and when I had a complaint this was denied and avoided. This pharmacy is clearly not doing what it claims: "We want to provide our customers with the best possible service." That is why I switched to a good pharmacy - pharmacy Spoorlaan - even though it is further away, but that is a pharmacy I can count on when it is needed.

Ridiculous that the delivery person does not keep the agreement !!!! I first get a call to say that the medicines that were urgently needed due to shortness of breath would be delivered to the door (This was certain), because it did not fit in the letterbox !! After a long wait I decided to check the letterbox at 7.30 pm to find them there. Too sad and nauseous to keep old needy people waiting like that! The delivery person knows very well that in the mountain area the mailboxes are too far to walk for old and sick people .. It was just stuffed in the mailbox !!!!! Lazy people should stay at home !!!! Just disgusting !!! This is also not the 1st time, but this goddamn pharmacy just doesn't do anything with it! This must be over now !!! I now want to make an official complaint of this, because this is no longer possible !!!

Also that what others already mentioned had been able to wait a long time not being able to order a repeat prescription trying to give other cheaper medicines but the worst was yet to come I have a medicine that if I don't take it, it will end very badly for me. that that was no longer available and I had to ask my doctor for an alternative I had already known the answer for 5 years THERE IS NOT THERE that they also knew, according to the supervisor, the INSPECTION HEALTH CARE took that out I angrily called there (they had not expected) no sir is just a little more difficult to obtain but no problem. The drug is so cheap, there is little to be gained and I can die literally and figuratively
