Grillroom Arena

Unfortunately a really dirty restaurant. I got a shock looking under the table and chairs.. we found old fries, used napkins and also the kitchen looked very unclean... They didn't even clean the table for us before serving our food. The wraps we ordered were okay but not very spiced. I really would not recommend this restaurant. It's so unappetizing to eat in such a dirty surrounding. To the owner: Please notice this as useful criticism and don't take it personal. This is just a suggestion for improvement ! :-)

Delicious burgers. Only remark is that I did get what I ordered. I just went for a burger and the guy gave me a burger menu. I could have given it back, but it was hungry and together with my youngest son, so we ate all of it together.

First and foremost I want to stress on the fact that this is no attack towards the owner and workers at this restaurant or whatever you want to call this deceptive first-impression food place. The price tags are retardedly high. I had myself some chicken that came along with cheap bread straight from the AH supermarket. Worth to note that the chicken itself lacked taste. My mate wasn’t too happy with his excuse of a wrap either. This, followed by the fact that my mate and I literally had to pick up our food ourselves (that’s as far as it goes for customer service). We were given no tissues or whatsoever and ultimately we didn’t bother asking. It took a couple of minutes also until the man fully understood what we were trying to order, as he was constantly looking to force a menu (mind you, he kept on mispronouncing the word) down our throat. Definitely one of the weirdest experiences I’ve ever had so far in a restaurant and, surely, I’ll never come back. Although I want to thank the man for his kind smile, even though I’m not sure whether that was genuine or just a tactic to seduce me into buying a several menus anyway.

Don't be put off by the look of this place. It's a no nonsense place with a focus on bang for your buck.
