"My whole feeling tells me that you have something to hide". Bottom line is: this mover lost another customer property, pretended it had delivered it to me by mistake and accused me of stealing and lying. Pathetic and scary... on top of defamatory... I sincerely hope they found it back and the other customer recovered his stuff. Better stay away from trouble...

I have truly never been treated as rudely as by this company. An order has been delivered to them and then delivered to us. But since we don't live near The Hague, we can wait a few more weeks before we can be added to a round. Firstly, they accept an assignment, so they also have to carry it out properly, secondly, it seems appropriate to communicate with the customer about this and make agreements. Instead, I am yelled at on the phone and there is not even a normal conversation with those people. I had to come and collect the order myself if I didn't like it. Never seen such a backward people. If I were to move my belongings I would never entrust it to this rogue amateur organization in his life! -> the response of the owner is very typical seems to me. I have not yet talked about the threats that have been made to us. Just doing your job is apparently difficult for these people.

Very professional, professional and above all a good person ... Highly recommended! We have made 2 x use of the services of The Removal Team in the past 2 years. After having had some movers on the floor, we felt very relieved after the arrival of Ferdy. Packing boxes and loading them into a truck is possible for everyone, but when moving your entire contents you also want to feel that your things are in good hands, and that is certainly the case with Ferdy! Active thinking, advising and taking on tasks that do not belong to the agreed activities. You did it all for us ... 2 times even !!! This is the service you get at the Moving Team. All our furniture is neatly disassembled, well packed (in designated removal boxes) and then neatly put back together at the other location (s). Ferdy and his boys know how to handle it! Within a few hours our entire estate was neatly packed and loaded into his truck. The installation and use of the moving lift is also done in a very professional and above all safe manner.
