We ordered a partner duvet from this seller via bol.com. When unpacking this duvet we saw that it only has 1 zipper, and therefore not like the description "Both parts can be zipped in the middle at 200x200, 240x200 and 240x220 for separate use." Because of this we could not use the duvet and packed it right away, and registered it for return the day after. But we were sent the duvet back saying that because the duvet was "used", they could not accept it. When unpacking the duvet, folding it open, seeing that it was not good, and trying to get it back in the bag, there was fluff and 1 hair on the blanket. The return conditions are: "During the reflection period, the Buyer will handle the product and packaging with care. He will only unpack or use the product to the extent necessary to determine the nature, characteristics and operation of the product. " But apparently this must be done in a sterile room, because there should be no fluff or hair on a white down (which was still static when it was removed from the packaging). We called the Lion Bed BE customer service for this, and very often afterwards to Bol's customer service, but unfortunately. This turns out to be 1 very expensive joke. So if you want to buy a duvet from them; do not open as you may return! You will have to look through the packaging to see if it is good.

Very happy with my covers from Heckett / Lane! Neatly delivered. In other shops 2x as expensive for the same model / quality. See no deviations that may explain this price difference. So fine.
