Fine service, although a smile wouldnt hurt

This supermarket is alright. Unfortunately it sometimes has excentric customers. A regular is a rather dirty man that takes the breadrolls with his unclean hands instead of the provided tongs. Once, another customer told him of for that, which escalated into an embarassing shouting match and some threats of violence. Standing their with your children of 1 and 4, it does feel very uneasy. A Hoogvliet employee could have stept in, but they all looked on rather sheepishly and ineffective. I don't think it is a bad shop, truly. The neighbourhoods that it is close to, are not so good. But I really think on these occasions the shop should enforce some house rules.

Very convenient supermarket for the neighbourhood. A large and complete assortment with roomy aisles and friendly service. Prices compare well with other large supermarket chains.
