In the COVID-19 and lockdown period I immediately had to speak to an employee (Mrs. Marleen), very friendly and without asking I received additional information and explanation of what was requested. I also received a response by email within 59 minutes!

Today a reminder on the mat that in June (1 month after I came to live here) I would have received a bill for 300. Never got it. Whether I just want to cough up 300 euros within 14 days (with my payment of just 1000 p / m). Unfortunately not available after 1:00 PM. This is going to get a tail end tomorrow! ;)

Worthless Sabewa! It's a shame company because you just scam people while we have payment arrangement but still issue large bills with risk of bailiff. While payments are made every month. Stop it, close your doors, you are worthless, unkind and totally unimpressive. Bah
