Super concept

They used to be friendly but now under corona they pretend we are gangsters. Are the same people who work there and I am very shocked. Now I am looking to order different placements and I leave Toolstation on the left. Do not give a good feeling to drop by or pick up an order because you can no longer ask a question. Or you will not receive a clear answer in return.

I forgot to pick up that very specific gas hose that I ordered the previous day! So I quickly go there ... Less than five minutes before closing time 😬 ... I was helped extensively! It was immediately made clear that I will arrive on time, so help is normal. They took their time for me. No hassle with receipts, you can just create an account and all invoices will arrive via email. Also useful if you need that one pair of pliers ... pull ... thing you bought a few years ago or is worn out, they will look it up for you. Don't make miles through the store, where everyone stops in the middle of the aisle, instead just a fat catalog that you get home with you to browse in your comfy armchair. The only thing that would make that better is if they put post-its in the back to mark pages 😉. Of course better than other hardware stores in every way. But one side note, a hardware store that they have not (yet) made obsolete: ecotools. Their saw blades are so cheap that they are almost always more expensive to sharpen, their bits are second to none, cutters too, lasts a long time, sandpaper / discs / bands, ridiculously cheap, and good quality. But unfortunately high minimal costs for free shipping. If Toolstation were to compete on these points (except for the last one, of course), I'd be completely over the moon! Highly recommended! I'll be back there for sure!

Ordered quickly and delivered or collected quickly. Single paper system is outdated. Better digital.
