Nicely decorated b&b and very kind owner. Quiet place in a beautiful environment. Would definitaly recommend it.

Was with Betsie Frijters from Thu 12 October to Sun 15 October in D'ouwe Stal in Axel. Nice hostess. Nice place with private parking. Very small bedroom with ultra bad beds that are no longer worth sleeping on. Back pain after standing up was the result. The breakfast was on the scant side. Per person 2 slices of cheese, an egg, 2 strawberries, jam, yogurt dish, sandwiches and a sandwich and a sweet sandwich. No meat products or a question if there are wishes. Most hotels do much better when it comes to breakfast. Conclusion: nice hostess, nice but also small place. Poor beds and an economical breakfast. Pieter and Betsie Frijters

2 years ago we sat there. Was really super, beautiful spaces, and especially had delicious breakfast. Really recommended.
