On July 21 requested camper to remove from RDW suspension. Instead, the employee suspended the camper for one year longer. Costs € 24. It was impossible to turn back on the spot. Had to wait for a letter from RDW. Today sent 5 times from box to wall. RDW says that the agency must repay the € 24. Agency says that RDW has to pay. WHAT A CUSTOMER ORIENTATION of the Post Nl agency, Havenstraat 38 in Terneuzen.
