Roompot Beach Resort

Although we have a "comfort" house for 4 pers. had, it is really a 2 pers. You can only sit at the dining table with 2 people and the same as the sofa. The kitchen is so small that there is no worktop to work (only hob and sink), nor a cutlery drawer (they just put it under the sink). It was also very dirty. You can always miss something with the cleaning but balls with dust / hair on the table and in the sink you do not just miss and do not just arise. That means systematic no cleaning! I think the maintenance has not been carried out for years because when the wind blows (which happens quite a lot on the coast). Everything vibrates and you cannot understand each other. The furniture has also had its day

Top park in a top location. We had a house in the 7400 series, close to the beach. Beautiful cycling routes along the water, to Domburg, Veere and Middelburg.

Far too busy and rules are hard to find. also far too expensive and not optimal use of the pool

During my visit to the Roompot I stayed in an NT-Comfort bungalow. The maintenance of the outside of the bungalow leaves something to be desired. This should be cleaned more often and / or a new coat of paint. The bungalow on the inside looked smaller and more compact than in pictures on the site. This makes it look more like a two person bungalow than a four person bungalow. The bungalow was otherwise clean on the inside and reasonably well maintained. The park is located almost directly against the Oosterschelde, so you can enjoy the beach and the water very quickly. There are nice boats in the marina and contribute to the holiday feeling. However, despite my positive experience with the park and the bungalow, I would not pay the main price in the main season. It is all, in my opinion, just not for that. For the late season, the price and quality are excellent.
