A week and a half ago we ordered and paid for a stove from Versluys, this week we received a phone call that it turned out to be no longer available. The manager Rien offered us an alternative to take a look, if we did not like this, he would refund the money. The offered model was not entirely our thing, but that was no problem at all, 2 days later the amount already paid was back on the account. Friendly man of his word apparently, despite the fact that we didn't buy anything, still a top service!

I bought a wood CV from him 4 years ago! It is a large stove with 21KW power and it is a tunnel fireplace. It burns to your full satisfaction and works superbly, great for reducing your gas consumption. During installation at the time, a pressure gauge was broken, the other day I had a new one after I called Rien also responds immediately by phone, a top case with top products I cannot say otherwise!

Very nice man with a lot of knowledge about stoves Worth the drive from Vinkeveen to Zeeland. In the beginning I got the heater but not properly adjusted and then Rien just came to drive Vinkeveen look then you can say what a top guy and the heater is great now. 👍
