In any case, a deal is a deal is not what happened here. We have ordered 2 products from this company, it was a mistake that the price would not be how it was communicated. This can of course happen, I am also in sales myself. As yet it is not very nice as a customer. In the end, without making a whole discussion of this, they chose to give them the opportunity to give a price for which it may ultimately be delivered. After waiting more than a week, we decided to contact us. It is said we have indeed done nothing with this, but we will call you back about this at the end of the day. As you can imagine; not done. Eventually we called ourselves and we got nothing to hear from this. A day later we spoke to Plieger Goes's regional manager on the phone. It is now understood why the staff cannot even stick to a simple call appointment, because the region manager is anything but the right example. All in all, very unfortunate this, a disappointed (customer) and a bad review. Very unprofessional if you ask me, if I would (help) my customers like this I think I will be on the street after a week. In any case, I walk past it with a big bow and can advise everyone to do the same.

The way customers are treated is outrageous. If I could give 0 stars I would have done it. Longer than 2 weeks to wait for a response by email, then call yourself. They're going to find out and 'you will be called back today'. Call me again next day, 'I was working on MY OWN oven. Calling again will be rejected. Mistakes are made in prices and the agreements are not adhered to. A customer friendliness of 0.0. Even a regional manager with a 0.0 of customer friendliness. You will NOT be treated properly here.

Company is 0,0 customer-oriented. Delivery agreement is not fulfilled and also paints the subsequent agreements. In terms of communication it is really no better. If it turns out that a product is broken then you just call. The backorder is claiming that called my phone recording that is called (anonymously) gives nothing (Apparently, this technology has not yet arrived in Goes and calling them still analog) !! So all fabricated excuses and the customer-friendliness and orientation is hard to find.
