They sell a large variety of well made shoes for a decent price, their logistics needs some work/overhauling as they sometimes fail to deliver on time. However, after discussing this with their customer service department, they took this to heart and very seriously. Arrangements were made for an alternative delivery, following day. Customer satisfaction is their top priority and it shows.

I placed an order on Sunday at the end of the afternoon / evening and I now receive a message a day later that it will be delivered tonight. This is really the first online store that manages to burst through full throttle despite the corona crisis. That says something about the team that works there! Well arranged guys!

Very bad delivery since DHL is a parcel service

Ordered sneakers which were delivered very quickly. Unfortunately they were too big. Sent back and a few days later the money was in my account again. A pity about the sneakers but the handling of the order and return went quickly and neatly.
