Muiderslot

This is one of the 45 forts that form the Defence Line of Amsterdam. This is definitely the best place for camping within the city. Having the entire castle for yourself all night plus bonfire plus dinner plus sleeping in a tent plus bathing in the river - its just perfect!

Beautiful to see during the Corona period! Nobody in the neighborhood and perfect for photography. Unfortunately it's not possible to enter, but the outside views are still very beautiful

It's a good place to visit if your in town

Great castle from the middle ages, worth a visit! And the fishmonger down the street from the castle is also excellent, give the Harring or the Kibbeling a try!

Well preserved castle from 13th century. We really liked it. Muiden is a very nice city as well..
