In August I bought a Fiat 500 at this garage. With the purchase, I received a year of free roadside assistance and a 6-month warranty. Yesterday after 3 1/2 months the car did nothing anymore, the battery had had its best time also logically this was 8 years old. Without asking any questions, the garage replaced my battery and they themselves indicated that it was under warranty. Top service! good and reliable garage

At first very satisfied. You don't often see an old car with warranty and breakdown assistance. Unfortunately not a superfluous luxury: the car didn't feel like it after two months. After an ignition coil, the head gasket also died. Fortunately, roadside assistance, so on Saturday afternoon we received neat replacement transport and the car was brought to Lopik on Monday. This unfortunately without any explanation of how and what. "Then you have to call the roadside assistance" and you will find out further. I was eventually called on Wednesday: the loan car should have been returned in Ermelo on Monday (useful if your car is in Lopik and you live in Flevoland yourself). So once to call the garage, because they still had nothing to hear. Not about the loan car, but also not about the repair of my own car and something as simple as how long it would take. Fortunately my own car turned out to be ready at the end of the day and thanks to a very understanding lady at the rental company, the car could be returned at a more favorable point. Final additional damage: 40 euros per day. As said: a good ten for the services offered, but a pity about the implementation.
