do not buy here !! by a mounting error has come our awning down with all its consequences. This is NOT solved by this company, even though the error (according to independent expertise) is 100% by Mr. de Bruin. As a customer, I find this unacceptable and I think that this kind of companies would be allowed to sell any products.

Worthless company, will not be called back and no text message will be answered. Even had an appointment to make my garage door electric. Would be ordered part and I would be called last 19/9 to make an assembly appointment, well not nice. You will need service, you are nicely done with it.
