We had placed an order and picked it up specially from Amsterdam. We have to go straight to the till (no table, just to take a look and find a matching necklace?). We look at the pendant and immediately see that it does not match the photo online. Pity! The woman who 'helps' us is not willing to call the manufacturer, shows zero understanding, and clearly does not feel embarrassed that we have been traveling for an hour .. We suggest having a coffee and thinking about it (after all, it is a different chain than we thought). To this the lady replies: "but will you take it or not?" We will never come back ..
