I recently brought my watch here for a glass repair. The glass has been repaired, but the paint on the dial is damaged. It can happen that something goes wrong during a repair, but the response is not exactly 'customer-friendly'. I am first told that it almost could not have happened during the repair, but after some insistence I was able to come by. Once there I am told that it is very annoying but that he cannot do anything about it. Then I get a sermon about how everyone buys his stuff online and that he has to solve the small nasty jobs. Fine, so refuse them, but I'll never hear you again.
