I had several questions for her during an appointment. Gilding a ring and the option of submitting gold to melt it for a custom ring. The owner would come up with a quote and email or call me back a few days later she agreed with me. I saw that she had noted my details correctly. She has not contacted me after a few weeks. Not chic. Fortunately, I can see down her response that she is going to call me today, sometimes posting a message on Google helps :-)
