Scammed!! Never helped so badly ... We went to this lady for a special occasion: we wanted to reduce my engagement ring. That was fine. The lady seemed reliable. Picked up a week later, and the ring turned out to be no longer beautiful, and discolored! We called and asked how this was possible, and Madam, bizarre enough, only went to the defense, and made no attempt at all to resolve this (it was possible, but against a payment of 80 euros). Not only do we feel heavily scammed, we are particularly disappointed how this lady can be so unempathetic by not taking any responsibility for this and that she dares to cheat on us for such a special occasion. So hence our first negative review ever, to save others: DO NOT GO HERE!
