Siebel Juweliers

I have taken my watch for repair under warranty to Siebel as a certified Skagen service point. When I gave them the watch they said that it would be ready in 6-8 weeks and they would let me know. However, after 10 weeks have passed, I had to give them a call to ask about my watch, but as they had no idea about it at that time, they had to give me a call back a couple of days later. Turns out that they never sent the watch for repair because as they claim, "there is a crazy colleague who forgot". They offered to send it again or to give back my still broken watch without any compensation apart from paying back the 15 euro "service fee", which is odd for a repair under warranty. Avoid if possible, looks posh but very unprofessional.

Amazing store with beautiful jewelry, a bit pricy rings but they always have some kinds of actions.do check it out for sure!

Bad. Having a ring made 1 size bigger and only after 3 weeks hear that this will cost € 95, and I am not even talking about the brutal treatment by the lady behind the till.

Been to two branches today to buy a Ti Sento ring. Few sizes in stock, employees hardly think along, are busy with each other and are blunt with customers. No added value at the Bijenkorf, for example, where people are friendly and helpful.

Closure of my very expensive Seiko kinetic was lamb. Just past Siebel. 15 euros poorer and 3 months later, no solution for the closure but also the announcement that they cannot supply a replacement strap for this expensive watch that was bought there. Tip from a Sheep and Lemon (next to Siebel) to bring watch to Belle Heure watchmaker in Zeist. Made within two days! What an ignorance and poor service at Siebel.
