Siebel

Went in to the store and two workers are sitting down having a coffee, went up to them (no hello or anything) I say hi and ask if they resize watches which got the response what brand? Still no greeting or anything. I say wich brand it was and they just answer that it cost 15 euros. I accept and go to resize it. The attitude during the entire encounter is just unpleasant. The work took 1 min for 15 euro, no other costumer in the store and two people working and i still felt like I was bothering them. Surprised over the cold atmosphere in the store and will definitely go somewhere else next time.

Horrible, shameless staff. The lady was on the phone when I went to the cashier, she did not even look at me to say “1 minute”. I stood there for five minutes she ignored me totally.

Friendly and helpful

Received a super nice bracelet for my birthday. Unfortunately it turned out to be much too big, as my mother and sister already thought. When purchasing the bracelet, a quotation has been made for entertaining it. € 16 for shortening only and € 24 for an extra ring in between. I chose option 1. When you pick up the amused bracelet, when you can do nothing more than pay for it, it suddenly turns out to be twice as much. What a service .. For Christmas shopping we skip Siebel.

Terribly treated by an employee. Thursday evening I walked into the Siebel for earrings that I had seen lying in the display case. Upon entering, the girl made eye contact but did not say goodbye. Then I kept looking at her because I wanted to see them up close. after talking to her 3x (!!!!!!) I finally got a reaction with a terribly arrogant face. I pointed with my finger at the earrings that I would like to see where she said "don't you want to touch the display case I just cleaned". Then I was so terribly unfriendly helped and I got the feeling that she was only out to bounce me out of the store as soon as possible. Really downright RIDICULOUS service!
