CDM Bedrijfskleding

Very bad service. Two weeks ago I ordered work trousers, the delivery time of which was 1 day. Then a week later, after not having heard anything yet, I sent an email to ask about the order. Received a curt reply that it could take another month. I then passed on to cancel the order, but did not hear anything about it and I did not receive a refund yet. it couldn't get much worse. Edit: Just got word from CDM with a neat solution. Score has been adjusted.

UPDATE: Just been contacted by phone, friendly man. They promised me that everything would be delivered this week, and were going to keep an eye on it personally. They also did something extra for the long wait. Happy customer again! 👍 Very poor communication, and not customer-oriented work. Ordered on November 10 through the webshop, a total of 5 items worth € 343.87 VAT included. Until today only 1 article may be received, while the longest delivery time of 1 of the articles was 8 working days. Several e-mails have already been sent, always waiting a long time for an answer .. up to 3-4 working days. And what an answer then .. always very vague, you get the impression that they do not want to help you further. Very unfortunate. When I read other reviews here, it is exactly necessary to post a bad review first, before they start working to really help you further. M curious.

On 10/11/2020 I ordered white clogs from CDM. Got black home after a few days. This was immediately returned after receipt of the business reply number, and CDM promised to send the correct one. Apparently they could not deliver what was requested and I asked for others. One week delivery time. Then it remained quiet for a while .... Received my money back via Paypal on 12/12/2020. edit: Review modified. Received a surprise package as compensation. Thank you CDM. Better luck next time :)

The following has now been neatly resolved by CDM, I have received the jerseys and a nice gift was also added, thank you waarvoor In the first instance I want to let you know that in principle I had good experiences with this company, even if the size is not right or if it is not what you expect, returning it is in itself (costs money) but ok. Now the last time I received an incomplete order (some t-shirts and 2 sweaters) I had the shirts in a normal period, only the sweaters were crossed out on the packing slip and they were therefore not in the box. I asked if I got this later or how and what. I get the response (Here is the track and trace number you have already received) Well, not the package was not complete, but now I don't hear anything anymore. what a company and I have yet to see how I can prove again that I did not receive those sweaters.

Had a negative experience with cdm workwear. After posting a review, cdm corporate clothing contacted and refunded 10% of the purchase price as compensation and sent a package, which is super neat. Well resolved.
