Fysiotherapie MTC Schoonhoven

I have had a laundry list of complaints. Lower back pain and scoliosis. Which eventually helped me out in Rotterdam. I recently moved to Schoonhoven and was looking for a physio here. My back pain started to come back after the lockdown. I thought I'd jump right on it before it gets worse. Actually, I didn't really have a very good and professional feeling about this physio right away. I was massaged for the first 2 or 3 appointments. Which is wonderful, but it is not going to relieve my back pain. I suggested training. After I suggested that, we started doing that too. And he has given me too heavy exercises. I also know that after such training it gets worse before it gets better. But I didn't expect that bad. I couldn't even sit in a chair that same night. I think I was out for a week. Couldn't walk and sit. In that week I called the physiotherapist and told me what was going on. He agreed that this should not be the intention. I had also asked if he had given basic exercises or really given exercises based on what is bothering me. He said that she had given basic exercises and that an 80-year-old grandmother in principle should be able to do it too. First of all, which I find a very strange statement, because everyone is different, with different complaints. Second, it is also just plain rude. A few days later I canceled the next appointment. I will not come back there. I came there with very slight starting lower back pain. I left and now still with really bad back pain where I sometimes can't sit for long. And flow to my legs. It is very wrong. I would think twice before going here if I were you guys.
