I lived in different country and never be treated like this. I enter once in this bank, want to ask information and maybe make an appointment to open a bank account. The woman at the desk literally put me out. I'm a business owner and if I treat people like you do, I will never earn money. So I went to ING in the same street, and huge difference. Really nice people. So avoid this bank!!

What an unfriendly man behind the counter. I was a little early for my appointment and instead of asking in a friendly way if I could come back later, this gentleman started talking about “I have too few dolls in the bank and whether I want to leave the bank”. Maybe a customer service course is something for this gentleman?
