Parketstudio De Haven

Dear reader, In April 2017 I planned a stair renovation at parquet studio de Haven. The renovation would take place in August 2017. It cost me several thousand euros. For a start, they were very amateurish. When the mechanic arrived in August to lay the stairs, he had brought a completely different color of stairs. We had to spend months without stairs on this. We wanted to cancel the order, because it took too long, but parquet studio de Haven was not allowed to. We didn't even get a discount. The contact was in between pretty bad. We called them, they didn't answer. We sent mails after mails and only a few works later there was a response. We finally had to visit the store and we were treated very unfriendly there. We had to wait for them to come and lay the stairs! After the stairs were finally there, we noticed that the wood is very bad. In short, the wood is not of the best quality. The wood started to lose pieces. In order to prevent a color difference from occurring, we visited the parquet studio at the beginning of January to have the steps replaced. A mechanic came by on Tuesday January 23, 2018. As agreed, the intention was to replace 4 steps. The mechanic did not trust that he could replace the 4 steps without damaging other steps. NOW I ASK, IS THIS OUR DEBT? He sealed the broken pieces of wood with some paint. I should have already advanced 224 euros (with the intention of replacing 4 steps, which has not happened). Since the mechanic said that the paint was the case and did not replace the 4 steps, I wanted the amount: 224 euros back. We emailed the same day stating that we want the amount back. Still no response. We stopped by the store today. An employee told us that they were too busy for us and that we had to make an appointment by phone to be able to come by. This is incomprehensible. YOU CAN ALSO MAKE AN APPOINTMENT. IN SHORT WE WERE SENT OUT. We no longer respond to our telephone number! So be careful when you walk in here. They scam you where you stand. Everything is friendly until you give the money, but then ... We still expect our money back. Ibis

We have had about 60 m2 downstairs and 120 m2 upstairs laid by ParketStudio. The advice during the showroom visit was very good. Thanks to their advice, we remained within budget and a beautiful parquet floor was laid downstairs (above PVC). It was nice that the Parketstudio offered PVC as an alternative to laminate and for a nice price. Laying the floors went nicely fast and we are happy with the result. They also added some extra plinths. Plume ;-)

Both stairs have been recently renovated by Parketstudio de Haven / Prostairs. From the first contact, the assembly, to the after sales, everything is done professionally and customer oriented. The mechanic also thought along and solved the difficult parts of the stairs neatly.
