I wanted to surprise my family with a fried fish from the market in Harderwijk. Outrageously poor quality, bad taste, dumped in the dumpster after two bites. This kind of fish sale should be banned. Food authority, do something about it.

This is a new fish stall from fam.Zijl in bunschoten. They are on the market in Hilversum Wednesday and Friday and Thursday in Bussum. They sell fresh fish and fried fish. smoked fish and herring. They also specialize in fish trays that you can prepare in the oven. Very tasty and easy.

This morning we bought herring from Gert Zijl at the market in Harderwijk. 4 for 6 euros. Herring was downright rotten. Never eaten such filthy fish. Also full of bones. Bah!
