NOT ONCE STAR WORTH !!! Dear future buyer of La-Pam, My advice is not to buy anything at La-Pam! I have purchased a toilet bag but unfortunately never received it. For this I even had to pay € 8.95 shipping costs. A mistake is human and I myself am guilty of it by writing a wrong house number. In my view, La-Pam itself also had a part in this to ensure that the package should be able to return if it was not received well by the recipient. This option was not available because there was no sender information on it. By the way, how can a package with a track and trace code be missing ..? Then here the costs: if it is sent as a letterbox package it costs € 4.35. Where is the remaining € 4.60? For the € 4.60 that you now put in your own pocket, you could also have sent it as a registered package! After La-Pam had an "investigation" set up where the package went, I was told that it was missing and that you leave it missing ...? Where is my money? First you win the purchase of the bag at a profit. Then the high shipping costs that are not being used and I will not get a cashier arrangement? I think that is anything but customer-friendly and good service! No option is offered! Nothing is offered on its own to accommodate the victim. "I want to leave it at that" it is said. Even if you offer half, you don't lose anything yourself. But even that cannot be removed after I have indicated that! BAH WORTHLESS SERVICE AND NEVER BUY MORE WHAT!

La-Pam Lifestyle is a super nice store in Spakenburg with a very nice owner who is nice and spicy and also very friendly. The feeling that in Spakenburg you can just be yourself whether you are a saleswoman or a customer! ... I think that is really great. I love it. Moreover, I received great service. It took a while but my watch also had to go all the way back to Madrid for a new strap that was not possible to buy or have made in the Netherlands.
