Typical Dutch approach, no nonsense and great customer advice and service.
Six months ago we did our first round of testing at Totalseat for all possible seats. Bart gave us ample time to extensively try out all kinds of variants. We received the A87 about 4 months ago. It is awesome. In one word. Every night my husband and I sit in the chair. Music linked via the bluetooth integrated speakers, massage program on. I have not been to the physiotherapist for 4 months, while before that I was there at least twice a month, and sometimes more often. The delivery was excellent, as was the aftercare. The chair has an incredible number of options. It's like having my own wellness center at home.
Honest advice and good service. And how good the chair is! I am very happy with it!
Good information, nice showroom don't expect it to be so beautiful on the 1st floor ......
Obviously order a good massage chair ....
At the store in Schijndel tried several models and helped very well. We also thought about where the chair would suit us and possible flexible solutions if it did not turn out as planned, so that was fine!
Unfortunately, some things went wrong during delivery (by an independent carrier), but distributor Bart has solved this personally and quickly!
The chair itself is also fine, simple and use and wonderfully relaxing.
Very satisfied!
