Educational and interesting course! A world will be opened for you in terms of origin (height above sea level, climate), method of harvesting (hand picking, number of leaves picked, machine), processing the tea (drying, roasting, fermenting, etc.), cultivar of the tea tree, and more much more! I didn't know tea is so versatile. In a culinary sense it is not inferior to wine, also in terms of tea / food pairing. Karin can explain all this in a pleasant and educational way. She knows an awful lot about tea.

Karin's tea workshop was fantastic: educational, funny, entertaining, tasty and very well organized. I gave it as a present to a friend, who enjoyed it so much that she in turn gave this workshop to someone as a present. So do you want to do something completely different and fun? Go to Karin's tea workshop. An additional advantage: you can apply all the knowledge from the workshop at home and therefore drink better tea :-)

A tea workshop by Karin Kamman is a party! Karin lets you taste delicious tea while telling you things you have never heard of. Fun, tasty and educational :)

I am taking the tea star course and it is not only wonderful to drink all these different teas, but also to learn to taste them; distinguish in taste, recognize the different tea processes and origin of the country. Karin is the best tea sommelier I know.
