Bought a refurbished laptop last year.
I was very satisfied: nice, fast laptop, but there was one problem:
the wifi connection (Ziggo) was regularly out.
Still, I wanted to keep this laptop.
Been back to the store twice, everytime things replaced,
including the WiFi chip. Didn't really help.
When I came back the third time, the "boss" intervened personally:
"We want satisfied customers",
Another brand of laptop was immediately picked up with the same
possibilities and price.
It was prepared, with another half year warranty!
Very satisfied with this laptop and the good service from it
Peters Computers.

I am very excited about this store. Everything is perfect: my laptop, the service and the way the people who work here think along with you. They are also always willing to go the extra mile. I am happy that I live in Twente, and no longer in the Randstad. You won't find this there !!!
Friendly staff! Knowledge. Think well. Not salacious. 1.5 meters is not kept properly; with 3 people behind the till 🤔. Max 2 customers in the store is ok. Store is also very small
