Problems with map updates from my Etrex 30x, Garmin couldn't help me, had to call 2x without result. Contacted waypoint Notter this morning. Had a friendly and knowledgeable person on the phone. He immediately assessed the problem correctly. Garmin Express removed, computer turned off, restarted and installed Garmin Express again and now the map update is installed. Thank you.
