Welkoop Diepenveen

People who work there are helpful and friendly. One time I asked where I can leave my bike (they were cleaning stuff from the outside, I was thinking about don't make their work more complicated than it was) and I could hear: ,,I have no idea, maar wacht moment... Ok I don't know". Just bike parking would be helpful. About their service I had to order shoes online (order like order) unfortunately they were pretty heavy (I couldn't find weight in description of product) so had to return them. Whole process of returning wasn't problem. I also get amount I paid in the same time. If I can advise something to you, try to make your shopping online and then check store availability or just pick up in a store. Quality of their products was equal to the price.

Lousy store! Outdated, little / nothing in stock, staff have to shake you up!

Wonderful shop like all welkoop shops. Skilled staff who think along with you and think in terms of possibilities. Really a top store.

The service here in Diepeveen is worse than at the surrounding branches, I personally think. This has to do with the fact that I was referred from another branch for an article and they were not really willing to speak to me.
