Nice, kind, helpful staff. If there is some crowd, immediately a helping hand comes and asks customers their needs and helps to do the teansactions from the pc. Be careful that you can only deposit from inside machines, also there is a cost of each deposit. So you can only deposit during work hours. You can get money also from outside machines. Thanks for the free quality coffee!

NEVER AGAIN!!!! Awful experience at the ING bank. I had to go there 5 times to open a bank account. Once I received my card (1 month after the signature of the contract), I went there again to activate it. Result? They do not consider my Italian ID as a legal document so I cannot activate it. PS. They accepted the same ID to create the contract.

The bank is great! I very much like the people who work at the ING in Deventer, but why can't I make an appointment to meet them by calling the ING number? Now I have to go there to make an appointment. Horrible people on the phone, by the way.

It's a good bank. The people who work here are very serviceable.
